Why can't I see my contract in it's entirety when it's submitted to me?

When I receive the form submission, it only shows the signatures and not the contract in its entirety

I see you are referring to the verbiage/terms that is shown on your form. The text is only for display, and since it is not part of the collected data, it will not be seen in the default notification.

To show these terms in the email, you will need to manually copy the text and paste it on the email content.

Then if you want to show the verbiage on the PDF submission, simply visit your form submissions page (How to View Form Submissions) and follow the steps below:

    1. Click the gear icon on the top right of the submission

    2. Check the "Show Headers and Text"
