Send autoresponder to email address filled in email field.

I thought I did this by your instructions above but it's not working, the form is: https://form.jotform.com/62594194037158

I created an autoresponder, and under "Recipient Email" chose "Contact Email." Since this is a referral form, when Person A enters the email address of Person B in the Contact Email field, then hits Submit, Person B will receive an email, saying Person A referred them to our company. I hope this makes sense, am I missing something? Currently, the email address entered in the Contact Email field doesnt get an email when the form is submitted.

I checked your referral form and you seem to have set it up correctly. I cloned your form and sent a test submission there. I entered my email address in the Contact Email and submitted it. I was able to receive the autoresponder successfully.

Upon checking further, it looks like the email address that you used to test the autoresponder (cgl99@aol.com) was added in the bounce list. This is the reason why they did not receive the email.

I have now removed it from the bounce list so you should receive the next emails there successfully.
