Paypal Integration - at the end of transaction, how do I redirect back to my Home Page?

Asked by 4jsloveoc on September 29, 2016 at 02:24 AM

I just integrated JotForm with Paypal account.  I tested it on my school website here:

When I go through the payment process into Paypal, everything works beautifully.  However at the end, there is a message that says "take me back to Merchant" and then if you click the button, the original page above disappears.

I would like after the transaction is complete to take me back to the Home Page of my website here:  http://www.tustin.k12.ca.us/pioneerms

Or, at the very least have this form open up in a NEW window, so when this form and payment are complete, the user can simply close the window?

    How do I do this?

    Thanks, Janice

    Hello Janice,

You need to set custom thank you form URL which will redirect users to any custom URL. The following guide should help you how to redirect users to any other page:  https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
