I have tried to reset my password many times.
When login , and click "Forgot my Password", re-enter my e-mail address and click "Send Reset Instructions" and I'm told its successful
But no email every arrives and I have checked my Junk mail.

Could you please share with us username or Form ID of the account that you're trying to reset the password of. Since under this email that you wrote this thread from I found only guest accounts.
We'll wait for your response.
