Can I view my secure forms on my Google Drive? The integration is working, but I cannot read them. My Drive is secure through Google Apps for Work.

All form submissions are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can view form submission in Google Drive using integration.

Are you getting any error message? If possible, please provide a screenshot. Please try another browser just to check if its working or not.

If it's still the same recreate the Google Drive integration. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

    We'll wait for your response.

I do not get an error message.  The submission forms arrive in my Drive, but they're encrypted.  I can view them in JotForm (with my key), but not directly from my Drive.  Also, since it's still encrypted the folder names are long sequences of letters rather than {fullname}.  I *do* want this encryption, but I'd like to be able to view it in my Drive (which is secure).  I'm attaching a screen shot.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We do not have an option to decrypt the PDFs since we do not have access to decrypted data.

When you see decrypted submission data, it is actually only decrypted locally in your browser.
