I was receiving email notifications when a new submission was received but in the last week, this has stopped happening. How can I restart this service? I almost missed new registrants to the program because I was not receiving this info?

What is the form you are having issues with? Please check if the recipient is in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
