    Hi, good morning, I cannot seem to get into my account, when I tried logging in, I got a message that my account is suspended because of phishing. Can you please release my account. I have a deadline to meet and I need my forms.

    Hello Cindy,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now.
