    Form will not submit...Stuck on "Please wait"

    I have tried to submit your form, but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

    @jlally

    This is caused by the widgets in your form and our developers have just released a fix that should sort this issue.

    Your forms should now be submitting normally as usual. Kindly check.
