How do I paste from other documents on text box?

Im trying to create an interactive training manual through your awesome site but I can't copy and paste all the work I've already done.

I believe you are referring to the "Text" tool. You can just select the Text field and then click the "Edit HTML" button. In order to paste a text, you need press "ctrl + V".
