    My form won't send notification emails to all recipients.

    I have set my form up so that 3 people receive notifications upon submission of a form.  However only the first address is the only one of the three which receives this notification.

    I have checked the email addresses in our bounce list and they are not listed there. Could you check if the emails are being landed in the spam or junk folders. Please try whitelisting JotForm email/IP addresses along with the SMTP email address that you have configured on your JotForm.

    If the issue still persists, please try changing the sender email address to JotForm default email address to check if the issue is with the SMTP email address.
