For the Date Reservation widget is it possible to send the number of selected dates in the email with the dates?

Seeing as the number of dates can be limited there must be a variable counting the number of dates selected. Is there a way to access this count so that it can be sent in the notification email. So if 24 dates were selected:

Dates: xx/xx/xxxx .... etc

Number of Days Selected: 24

There is indeed a counter, however, it does not look like it is accessible for use in calculations or and ID for it that can be accessed in email notifications.
