I upgraded my account on April 22nd, the charge has cleared my bank and my account is not yet upgraded. This is severely affecting my company as we just sent out a mailer for people to use this form to almost 2,000 people who now cannot submit their information to us. I have manually upgraded the account. You may need to log out and log back in to see the changes.
