Donation with options

Hi,

I would like to include in my site a form so the donor can choose among 4 options, being able to choose more that one option to donate. For example, donate to NGO 1 and NGO 3

After that, I would like to ask the donor the amount to donate

And them would like to make it recurring and send all the informatin to paypal

How can I do thtat? the options available from paypal could not fit my needs
