How to upgrade my account?

    I attempted to upgrade online and was unable to. I need to be contacted ASAP to upgrade to Silver. Please call me at 315-200-8245.

    Unfortunately, we don't have phone support so please refer to this thread.

    I checked your account and I see that it is still on Bronze. 

    Please try following:

    1. Clear your Browser's cache to avoid any problem from that side,

    2. Log in to your JotForm account,

    3. Go to Billing page,

    4. Click Upgrade:

    If you're still experiencing this issue please let us know so we can take necessary actions.
