Archived Froms, do they count towards the form creation total?

Do disabled and archived forms count against total forms allowed in a specific plan? If so, is there a way to have forms not be counted in the total forms that are perhaps backups or drafts?

Archived forms will not count against the total number of forms in your account.  Disabled forms that are still in the "My Forms" section of your account will count towards the total.
