    Can you please help me with a "missing" submit button?

    Asked by ted kohn on April 24, 2012 at 11:23 PM

    I am a first time user and have created a relatively simple form. It displays great on your site, naturally. It also displays and operates great through Safari. In Firefox however there is no "SUBMIT" button to be found. Could you possibly help me with this? Here is my code as supplied by JotForm:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/21148146242143"></script>

    Thank you,

    Ted

    Hi Ted,

    I see you are using iWeb Program on your site. Here are 2 ways to fixed it.

    1. Simply drag or increase the HTML Snippet where you've pasted the JotForm code. That should help.

    2. Or, you can edit the div height which controls the form. Here's how.

    a. Open the contact.html file

    b. Find this code:

        <div class="com-apple-iweb-widget-HTMLRegion" id="widget0" style="height: 341px; left:     70px; position: absolute; top: 137px; width: 509px; z-index: 1; ">

    c. Replace height value which is currently 341px to 381px. You can also change the width value    if it doesn't display correctly.

    That's it. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need further assistance with this. Thanks!
