How do I join my company account if I created a new indivial user account?

My boss sent me a invitation to our paid account, but it still says my user is on the free account. How can I join the company paid account?  Thank you.

Your account can be a sub-account under your company main account.

Is this what you wanted to achieve? If not, please clarify what it is you wanted to do. 

Just to be clear, each account/user in JotForm is unique.

If you wanted other people to access your account and forms, you will have to give them access to login/password of the account.

So this will be similar to your company account. If they want you to use the account, they will have to grant you the login access to the account itself.

Also if your account is on FREE plan, you will have to upgrade to the paid plan if you want it to be a paid account.

Even if your account is under a paid plan, it can still be a sub account under your company main account.
