I am attempting to change the name on the survey form and it will not allow it.

    Hi,  The current survey form listed states all questions and concerns to Gwendolyn, but I would like to change it to reflect AJ the form allows me to save, but the preview always reflects Gwendolyn.  This is the sentence I would like to change it to below.  Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    I cloned your form and tried to edit the text, and I was able to edit it without any issue.

    Please try clearing your form cache and and browser cache then edit the form again. If you are still unable to change it on your end, you can try cloning my demo form where I made the changes: https://form.jotform.com/62728862763973
