    I would like to ask if I can get a receipt after paying for upgrading.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us. Yes we give invoices for any payment made using credit card via our 3rd party plimus gateway and for paypal, they send you receipt too.

    Your account is still on Free account, if you are sure that you have made upgrade payment, please give us ref: # send to you on your registered email.
