I am trying to use a jotform.com form to fill out an application.
My credit card keeps getting declined. I contacted my bank, and they have no record of any attempts or declines at all. There is no problem on their end.
Please explain how I can get my credit card accepted.

I cloned the form and sent several test payments. So far all the submissions are being sent correctly.
The error message that you received usually suggests that there is something wrong with the card. It can also be caused by a bank's fraud system flagging a card. I understand that you have already checked with your bank and made sure that there is still balance in your card. Can you please clear your browser cache and try submitting the form again? Make sure that all the information is correct and there are no spaces in the card fields.
