I previously received order forms from individuals who had completed the entire form but on my receipt of these forms, the only thing they contained was the title "Order Form", nothing else.
Through your assistance I have remedied the problem but am wondering if any of the incomplete forms I received can be captured so that I can receive the full form, all filled out with the information the sender had originaly included.
The URL that I provide below is of the presently working form, about which I have no question. My question is what I detailed above.

You can try re-submitting the submission so that it will trigger again the Notification email (you will receive the email again).
You can use the EDIT button in the View Submission page to resend the submission.
The steps are
#1 Edit submission
#2 Click submit button to submit.
it should send the email again. The email should be the updated email template (contains the data on the table).
