    Hi,

I have created a form for employees to submit business improvement ideas, the idea is that we will award points for ideas that get approved. From 25-100 points depending on the quality of the idea.

The points, once awarded, can be "spent" on various prizes, including vouchers, wine etc.

Obviously some people chose to keep their points to save them up, so that they can eventually claim a bigger/better prize.

Is there a way of jotform keeping count of how many points each employee has? Then maybe I can create another form where they can spend the points?

Unfortunately, there is no built-in feature available for calculating the total of a field from the form submissions. You may download the report to Excel and run a chart or pivot table to see the number of points available for each employee.

    Hope this information helps!

So could I create a new form and have it lookup the data from an excel form?

It is currently not possible to lookup data from an excel form in JotForm. There is no current feature available in JotForm that can help you lookup data.
