    Hi there,

We now have a vast number of our company processes and systems being logged via Jot Form. As part of our quality process, I need to ascertain the security and safety of our data.

Is there any way we can access back ups of our own data? I would like to have the peace of mins that if anything were to  happen to Jot Form we would require copies of our data as if we were to lose it - it would seriously affect our business systems.

Thank you for your assistance in advance.

    Kind regards

Jotform has a very powerful cloud of secure servers  and provides a very high-security level through out our hosting provider's servers for stored data. Our SSL certificates support high-grade 256-bit encryption.

More information on security of JotForm data is discussed here https://www.jotform.com/answers/333046

If you want to take a backup of your data, you may consider downloading the submission data to Excel or integrate your forms with Google Spreadsheet. You may also integrate your forms with Google Drive or DropBox so that the new form submissions will be stored in the connected cloud storage.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
