Is there any way we can reset the form after successful submission?

We use the form in-house, so is there any way we can reset the form after
successful submission?
1) Submit form >> Thank you Page >> Automatically redirect back to form
(with fields reset) after xx seconds
Please let me know if this is possible and explain how.

Please note that it is possible to redirect users back to your form after successful submission but you cannot set the time after how many seconds you want users to be redirected.

To redirect your users to the same form, you will have to add your form's direct URL in the custom thank you URL of form. Please check the screenshot below:
