I checked this out but I did not get any notification of being blocked.
I click on register in Director's Forum and I was able to open the "Register:Employee & Customer..." form.

Have you tried using another computer? It can be just the current symantec anti-virus setup on the computer causing this.
I have a different anti-virus and I tested your website on 3 computers, I was able to go to registration on all 3.
