All of my forms are now blocked because I allegedly went over my views quota, even though Mike from Jotform Support reset my quota due to a technical issue on the 6th of September. I've tried to temporarily alleviate the problem by activating the Jotform branding in my account settings, but that hasn't worked.
I should not have this problem at all. My view count issue was resolved a few days after it was reset, and I've had very view views in the following days. It appears that my account is being RE-penalized for the same views that originally caused the problem. I'll tell you what, after becoming a paid customer to ensure that my views would be guaranteed, I'm rethinking using Jotform at all. Wufoo is starting to look pretty good.

I restored your account and reset your views to 0. Since the issue has already been resolved, you should not have any further trouble with your form views.
