fixed boxes when we have multiple pages (like EXCEL fixed header rows)

I have a form with mutiple pages. I move with NEXT / BACK button.

I want to use at least 1 fixed box which will be shown on every pages 

A field will be displayed only on the page where it is located when using page breaks. So, what you can do is to duplicate that field, and locate it in the other pages.
