After submitting a form, have it disappear and another form appear?

Asked by omnigon on April 25, 2012 at 10:53 AM

Is it possible to have a form go away and another form appear after a user submits ?

I would love to break up one form into two pages, but they want it in two different forms on the same page.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hi,

You can redirect to another form page after submission of the initial form.

Guide: How to Redirect to a Page after Form Submission

In the custom URL provide the url address of the 2nd form.

    Hope this help. Thanks.

I would like to stay on the same page.  With both forms on one page.

After submission, i would like that form to then dissappear and the 2nd form appear, on the same page?

Yes, on the same page. Please try this sample. Just click on submit.

Please inform us if this is not enough. Thanks.

Your sample redirects me to another page, I would like 2 forms on the same page, not redirected to another page

Ok I am sorry. I could have misunderstood what you really wanted.
I have 2 question though, if you have 2 forms on the same page, which one will have a submit button and are they initially both visible at once?

    Thanks.

Also, you can actually embed multiple forms on your website.
To make them stay on the page after submit, assign the target to open on same window in your html page.
