Receiving emails to the forms that we do not manage or own

    I have no idea how this is happening, but we are CONSTANTLY flooded with emails where a customer of someone who is trying to ask a question about an order form they submitted using JotForm and it comes to our inbox.

    I don't know if people are copying our form and not removing the email address or if it's something messed up in JotForm's system, but it's getting outrageous.

    I'm getting emails with forms in another language, from countries all over the world.  I can't help these people.  Some I have even reached out to their company to tell them to fix their form and it gets ignored.


    JotForm - you guys need to do something about this.  I can't have my staff wasting time having to check our inbox daily to get rid of emails because someone doesn't QC their form.  And JotForm needs to have a method to take someone's form off line if they refuse to fix something and it affects other users.

    JOTFORM - do something already!

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be noted that if a form is cloned from an account to another, all the personal information will be removed and replaced with the cloned account information. 

    Could you provide us with the email address that you are receiving these notifications so that we can investigate the issue further?
