We have a free account and I want to apply for the non profit account

    The free account has forms there already so I do not want to lose these when I apply for the non profit discount.

    You can apply on this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/. 

    Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved, you should get an email like this:

    Just please note that before you click on the "See Discounted Pricing Plans" button, make sure you have opened a fresh session with Jotform on the same browser.
