I received an email that I was out of space so I logged in to my account to delete the submissions. After I deleted them it still says I am out of space. I do not want my forms to be deactivated. Am I doing something wrong?

That is because you have exceeded your monthly submissions limit. Free accounts are limited to just 100 submissions per month. Please note that deleting submissions won't restore the limit. Only our system can reset the limit which is scheduled every 1st day of each month.
The submissions will reset tomorrow, you can either wait or upgrade to increase the limit or do some tasks to increase the limit for free through our GetMore program: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore.
