your pricing page said I'm allowed 100 free submissions per month.
Now you are sending me an email saying it's only 20 - what's the deal?
We would like to inform you that your JotForm account has already reached 20 submissions per month this month. Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions per month. Your forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota.

Upon checking you account, I found out that your email is registered to guest account. That is the reason why you receive an email that you already reach the submission limits. If you have already a free account, we can help you to transfer all your forms from your guest account to your free account.

I am just a user, not a jotform employee and just randomly saw your question. I suspect your problem is you were not logged in when you created the form. Guests/non-logged-in users get 20 submissions. Log in in the bottom right and any forms you then create would get 100 submissions.
