Forgotten password

    I have tried to use the 'Forgot Password' function several times over the last couple of days, but I never received an email with instructions to go about updating it. I know I entered the correct email address because I still get emails, I just can't log in! Can you help?

    I checked our logs and the password reset email looks to have gone through.  Check your spam/junkmail folder to see if the email was filtered there.
