After our mailadress had been locked on a bounce list Ian helped us ealier today removing the bounce so we now again recieve mails. BUT we need to have mails/submissions resend from september 15 and till today. How can we manage that?Page URL:

Glad to know your issue with the emails is now fixed.
Regarding to resend those failed emails, the only way would be y editing the submissions, this way you will re-send the email notifications to the email recipient addresses.
If you have auto-responders it will depend on the settings of your email, if it is set up to be sent when editing the submission then auto-responders will resend again, you can check this by opening the email auto-responder and going go the advanced tab:
To resend the emails, please go to the submissions page and click on the edit button:
Once there you can only submit the form again without making any change, it will trigger the email notification and auto-responder (if set up) again:
