Can you have several different tests within one form?

    We would like to have:

5 separate tests (20 questions) in one form

Individuals could start the test, save it, and return to it later and it would bring them to where they left off

Individuals would only pay once for all the separate tests at the top of the form.

    Is this possible with Jotform?

    Thanks

    Hi Susan,

You can let the user go back and forth on the test form using a save session.

The only time the session will end is when the user finalize and decided to submit the payment form.

You can achieve this by applying the Autofill feature of the form.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

Hope this help. Let us know if this will not work for you.

    Thanks.

I have enabled the Autofill feature on my test form so the users can go back and forth into the quiz and it will take them to the question where they left off.

We will be asking users to purchase the quiz for a certain amount.

How can we place the quiz on our website?  I know I can pull the link into Wordpress, but our shopping cart is Shopify.

How will the users pay for the quiz before they get the quiz?

Will they have to pay through the payment process in JotForm?

    Does you integrate with Shopify?

If you could let me know, that would be great!
