How do I view submissions?

I can't view any of the submissions from one of the forms set up by my HOD.

This is really annoying as I need to reply to the submissions via email that things have been completed.

My HOD is current looking at smartform and wufoo as we can't really wait too much longer.

Is there a way to create a 2nd aand probably third administrator or do they have to remain as sub-users. It seems as if the sub-users have limited use.

It seems that you are accessing the submissions of another account that is not opted to store the data in EU servers. Since your account is using EU servers and the other account is not, the submission data is not displayed for you. It is required to be on the same servers for both accounts in order to view the submissions of shared forms.

If the other account is a sub-account of yours, you may ask them to store the data in the EU servers by using the option EU Data center in the account settings.
