Having multiple selections but want to freeze option for a single eventAsked by Rodneyelm on September 30, 2016 at 06:58 PM
I am making a form to use with multiple events but some will have 3-4 event options and others will only have the option of 1 event to enter. can i freeze the other selections to force the 1 event to be selected without changing the form?
The easiest way to achieve this would be to simply change the options on your Check Box field, so that it only contains the one option you have available.
Once your events will allow for the other options, you can edit this field again and add those options back.
To achieve this, you can click on your field's option that you do not need at this time, and then click on the red minus button that will appear to remove this option:
Leave only the option you need on this event. When you want to add other options for future events, simply use the Add New Option button to add them back:
You can use the newly created option's 4-sides pointing arrow button to re-position it into the place where you want it.
