People are having issues using my form to register. Only the past two days has this happened. Please fix. Thanks.

Hello, can you please be more specific on what kinds of issues your users/respondents are having?
I cloned your form to test if I could see any problems with it and failed to see one. I managed to view and submit it just fine. I was redirected to Paypal afterwards (with Vendor as the selected option).
We would be able to help you better if we know the exact problem that needs to be looked at. So give us more detail about the issue and how to replicate it. Adding screenshots to your post will also help (here's how).
If your form is embedded somewhere (a page/website), kindly give us the URL too so we can check from there. Hoping to hear from you soon.

adavis5078Replied on October 1, 2016 at 6:45 PMI didnt have an issue either, but vendors are coming back saying that they are getting an error message and cannot proceed. I just upgraded yesterday but if I keep having issues it doesn't make sense to keep the membership.
May be a problem with mobile. I know one said she couldn't do it from her phone.

Everything worked fine as expected.
If it's possible for you to ask your respondents what error(s) are they getting when they tried to register with your form, please do so. We may need to get those information or any other information that you think would help us reproduce the issue your respondents are getting. This way we would be able to test it and give you the best possible solution.
