The google spreadsheet that is created when I set up the integration is encrypted -- it's not plain language that people submitted in the forms.
Your form has an encryption that is why the data showing in the Google Spreadsheet is encrypted. Unfortunately, decryption is not possible in the Google Spreadsheet Integration.
I suggest to check the form submissions page, upload the key and manually export it to Excel. You can also disable the encryption on your form if you want to use the Google Spreadsheet Integration.
