Form Limits Not reset

    I would like to know why my form limits have not reset as it's the 1st of October.

     

    I would also appreciate it if someone could tell me why it is saying my account is due to be downgraded today. I am happy on my current plan.

     

    A speedy answer to these questions would be appreciated as my last ticket seems to have been ignored.

    Sorry about that, your monthly limits should be replenished now. Your original (first) thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/948120 has already been addressed.
