I would like to know why my form limits have not reset as it's the 1st of October.
I would also appreciate it if someone could tell me why it is saying my account is due to be downgraded today. I am happy on my current plan.
A speedy answer to these questions would be appreciated as my last ticket seems to have been ignored.
