    Hi Anders,

From what I see, your questions had already been replied to on your other thread here

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/946111

But for your sake, I will break them down again here.

In my demo form https://form.jotform.com/62728217497971  it is hard coded in the formula..

As you can see in the image above VAT was set as .23(or 23%) -- if you want 25% simply change that to .25

The demo form is a custom Order Form with custom calculation.

There is no products-- there is only 1 item instead which is the Total . So if you will use Paypal payment, the product that will reflect on your Paypal account is the Total payment (i.e. STICKERS SQUARE)

You can try cloning the form and change the payment tool (Purchase Order) to Paypal tool. Then you can test again.

This is achieve by simply doing the calculations using the Calculation widget.

It was explained by Jan on the other thread...

Thank you for waiting. The form created by my colleague Jonathan is using Form Calculation widget. This widget allows you to calculate multiple fields. As you can see, there is a formula for each field.

    Here are the current pricing:

    Width x $1.00
    Height x $1.00
    Quantity x $.1069

In order to change the pricing, you need to adjust the formula. Here's how:

    1. Select the Sub-total field and then click the wand icon.

    2. You'll see the Calculation wizard and the formula. The values highlighted in blueare the pricing.

    ( (width x 1.00) x (height x 1.00) ) x ( quantity x .1069) = Sub Total

I hope this is clearer. Let us know if you need further assistance.

In your form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/62733098282360 the payment tool (Purchase Order) is the field with name Pris

if you want to replace it with another payment tool (i.e. Paypal) you need to delete it first and then select Paypal from the Payment Fields group.

    Thanks.
