I have set up a PayPal integration on the form in question. The form worked for 33 submissions and then abruptly stopped working. The page hangs once the Submit button is pressed... I have tried various options, including redoing the integration, but have not managed to resolve the issue. What would be the next steps to debug the issue?

Thanks for reporting. We will check your form and get back to you with our findings.

I was able to reproduce the problem. It seems the dynamic dropdown widget is preventing the form from submitting it.
I have now raised this to our developers for a resolution. They will update you here once this is fixed.

This problem is now fixed. Your form should be working fine by now.

Tested this out. Form is working fine again. Thanks for your support.

It appears I may have been too quick on stating that the fix works. If you use Chrome for the browser, and work your way through the form, when selecting "submit" you get the following error
If you work your way back in the form to find the issue, you get the following error message
As can be seen the selection is made. What can be the problem here?
Interestingly, Firefox and Safari do not show the initial error, they simply hang with a "waiting" message.

I have checked your JotForm and see that the form is currently unavailable message. Could you confirm which form that you are testing so that we can further investigate the issue? Also, please try opening the form in a private/incognito window and submit to see if that helps.

The form has been re-enabled. I tried with a FireFox private window and received the same message, see screenshot below.

I have tried submitting your form now using Chrome and Firefox. I see that the form is redirecting to PayPal without any issue at my end.
Could you try force reloading the form using Ctrl+F5 and see if that helps? Let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately, your response is not posted here on this thread. Here it is for reference.
Thanks for testing again. Did you leave the "Choice of shooting line (1st and 2nd choice)" selection as default, or did you make a selection. What I've found in my testing is that if I leave the selection at defaults, the form hangs. If I change the selection, then the form passes.
I tested with the force-reload, there is no change in behavior.
It seems that the issue is happening again. I am able to replicate the issue now. Let me send a note to our backend team to take a look at this again. We'll let you know once it is resolved.
Thank you for your patience and undesrtanding.

Our apologies. Something broke while our devs are working on this. It should be fully working now.
I also tested your form and it is now submitting normally as usual.

Thank you. I've tested the form and can confirm it is working correctly.
Many thanks for the help.
