how can i add drop downs on my forms for different location and have them sent to a different email for that location?Asked by FRANCESCA FRIEDMAN on October 01, 2016 at 07:42 PM
I ned to add in multiple locations on our party jot forms for my Wellington location and my Jensen Beach location, also the same for the jot forms for the employment apps.
I would also in my question if they are fluent in another language, what language?
You can make this happen by using conditional logic on your form. A similar approach can be done using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
However, we can set a difference by pre-filling a field using URL parameters in an embedded form so it will represent as the answer and act as the location which will be your conditional element to which email address the alert to be sent.
