My forms are not working. What I should do?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The Phishing detector had auto suspended your form due to suspected phishing form. However, after manually checking I found that the form is not a phishing form.

    I have now corrected the mistake and reactivated your account and form. You may check when you login again at https://www.jotform.com/login

    Let us know if issue still persist.
