Language of the Jotform is English, but when I create a form, language becames Turkish. How can I fix it?

Language of the Jotform is English in my account, but when I create a form, language becames Turkish. All tool bar and other parts of the form design page is Turkish. 

I have tried creating a new form in your account and see that the language is English at my end. This may be happening due to the language settings on your PC or the browser. Could you please check and change these settings once and see if that helps? Also, please try logging to a different browser and create a form.

The reason is the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page.  When I made it English, my problem was solved.
