If I understand correctly, your friend is creating a form that is not in Jotform and want to have the "Reply To" feature from that form? Unfortunately, you will need to have jotform to use our "Reply To" feature from there. I would suggest you to create the form in jotform instead so you can use the reply feature. Then you can download the full source code of the form and embed it to your webpage.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

As much as we want to help you with your form, I would like to apologize, but I'm afraid this is something only our development team has access to. I suggest you hire a developer to work with you on your form. It will be more efficient, I believe,  since they will have a direct access to your form.

    Thank you.
