    Form has no response.

    My form "ACAA Annual Membership Registration/Renewal ver 2.0" did not response after I submitted it. The message is "Please wait..." all the time. I don't know what's wrong, please help.

    I can't seem to replicate the issue on the cloned version of your form. I didn't get stuck to "Please Wait" after submission. I was immediately redirected to the Paypal page where I was able to complete the payment. https://form.jotform.com/62758904786978  

    I also made a test on your original form, and I was unable to replicate the issue there as well. Can you please clear your browser cache and your form cache to refresh the form and try submitting it again?

    I am having the same issues and have reported it over a week ago.

    I also just replied back to another user having this problem.

     

    There seems to be a more general problem at Jotform's end that is causing this.

     

    Clearing the browser cache does not help.

    It seems to be working intermittently.  

    I can sumbit my forms fine, but I have had numerous customers call saying they are getting stuck on "Please wait"
