changing my plan

    Last month,I changed my plan to downgrade.

    But it seems to have not  changed yet.

    l think it must have been changed on October 2nd.

    I have checked your account and I see that it is already scheduled for a downgrade on October 4, 2016. That is the end of your billing period for your Bronze Monthly plan.
