Received an error saying that there is an error with my SMTP configuration

    hi..i received email from JotForm as below:


    There was an error on your SMTP configuration. Due to that error, our system automatically changed your email sender's address for your form ID 62718110102440 to noreply@jotform.com to prevent issues arising from your account.

    Please log in to your JotForm account (http://www.jotform.com) to correct your SMTP configuration.

    If you have questions, please post your questions to http://www.jotform.com/answers/ or send an email to support@jotform.com.

    P.S. This is an auto-generated email, please do not reply here.

    FYI im using personal gmail account,turn on Less Secure Apps already and my setting for SMTP as below:

    email address: it.bookingroom.champion@gmail.com

    port: 587

    host name: smtp.gmail.com

    user name: it.bookingroom.champion@gmail.com

    password: my gmail password

    security protocol: TLS

    Please teach my how to solve this issu

    The email you received, as indicated, is an auto-generated email that will be sent if there are changes made in the email address used in the SMTP configuration.

    I suggest that you remove your SMTP from your account and add it back again. Also, please re-add it as a sender email of your form.
