There has been one email address that has not been receiving the notification emails from the form in my list of recipients.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas? I know this company uses outlook as there mail client

There seems to be no problem with the email deliveries from our end.
If the email address email@example.com is using an email client app such as Eudora or MS Outlook, can you ask him to check via webmail (login to the email account via browser) and check the spam folder there? Chances are, the emails landed there and for such reason that the email client app was not able to download/sync the emails with the local inbox.
